CSA Application
The deadline has passed to sign up for our
16 week program, but we are now taking applications for our mid-season
12 week CSA, which will start at the end of July and go through
mid-October. We do have limited shares available. Here is a link to the mid-season application:

Conditions
Perpetual Harvest Farms, LLC agrees to plant, grow, harvest, and deliver
to pick up points, shares of fresh produce weekly for 16 weeks between mid June and
late September/early
October to all Full Season CSA subscribers. Perpetual Harvest Farms,
LLC's crops are raised
all naturally with no harmful herbicides, pesticides or chemical commercial
fertilizers. The crops planted, the harvest schedule, and the amounts of
each share will roughly follow the chart and description on our CSA 2008
web page. It is possible that some crops will partially or wholly fail
due to adverse weather conditions and/or pests. Perpetual Harvest Farms,
LLC will
do its best to compensate lost crops with appropriate substitutions. Perpetual
Harvest Farms, LLC will deliver
each share during the growing season to a location in the community
selected for pick up at pre-scheduled times. If inclement weather or
other factors prevent scheduled deliveries, Perpetual Harvest Farms, LLC
will
contact clients and reschedule a delivery date that week.
Agreement
I have read and understood the above
conditions, and agree to pick up my produce on delivery day or make
alternative arrangements for my produce to be picked up. I understand
that my weekly share will consist of an assortment of items, largely
depending upon what is seasonally mature, and available quantities. I
understand that shares cannot be personalized, and that if I fail to
pick up my produce at the allocated time, it will be considered surplus
and donated to charity.
